Kyle Roeder is a baritone and native of Jefferson, Iowa. He recently graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music. Mr. Roeder is a Young Artist with the Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre and has performed with the company as Emile de Becque in South Pacific and has been featured in three other productions with the company including La bohéme, La traviata, and a double bill of Cavalleria Rusticana and Pagliacci. Last season Mr. Roeder sang as Figaro in Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro with Drake University Opera Theatre and will return this season as Bob in The Old Maid and the Thief. His other upcoming engagements include performances as an Apprentice Artist with Des Moines Metro Opera.
